PVC 2010 is a flexible PVC U fendering profile designed to fit over a 15mm plain flange to provide protection to boats.
Manufactured in a UV stabilised, phthalate free, and 100% recyclable compound, our products are as kind to the environment as possible whilst delivering excellent in use performance.
Our non-marking PVC material provides the perfect alternative to rubber U fendering which is prone to leaching its colour on both your own boat as well as those around you.
This profile is manufactured in our softer material grade to provide an easier product fit and mimics the feel of rubber.

Product QuestionsDear Sir or Madam, I am building a 44 feet steel sailing ship. I want to weld square tubes (15x40x2mm) alongside the fuselage and stick these Fenders on the square tube (because I do not want to use any screws or bolts) Is that appropriate? What glue do you recommend?
Thanks for your answer! Greetings from Wuppertal / Germany
Christoph GrüneQuestion by: Christoph Grüne on 1 May 2015 17:21:00Dear Christoph,
Thank you for your enquiry. All of our fendering profiles are designed to be fitted using screws/rivets/bolts and not through adhesive alone. We understand why you do not wish to use such fittings with a steel hull but unfortunately we cannot recommend solely using an adhesive. We do not believe that this would offer sufficient strength during continued contact with docks/boats when compared to traditional physical fixings.
Should you have any further questions then please do not hesitate to contact us.
Kind regards, The Wilks Team
