Today we are celebrating 25 years of long service from Charlotte O’Brien in Sales Support.

 

Chances are if you have ordered any product from Wilks in the last 25 years Charlotte has helped your order out along the way.

 

Joining the team as an office junior back in 1994, Charlotte is the friendly voice you hear at the end of the phone and the person behind the prompt reply to your sales email.

 

Tested daily on her historical product knowledge by customers around the globe, Charlotte is a real encyclopedia of Wilks fendering.

We asked Charlotte what her top tips for buying fendering would be, and she was happy to share.

 

Charlotte’s Top Tips:


- Product samples! Sometimes you need to see and feel the product yourself to make sure it’s the right one for you.

 

- Browse the website; we have plenty of fitting guides and knowledge online to help you out.

 

- If you are looking to replace your fender for a like for like version email us in a photo, make sure you include a ruler so we can see the dimensions.

 

Long Service at Wilks


Charlotte is not alone in her long service here at Wilks, as she joins five other members of the team who have reached and now surpassed the milestone.

 

The longest-serving employee being Derek Shakespeare, who has been the company for a whopping 41 years.
