Flexible PVC pontoon fendering with a 117mm base with 25mm overlapping leg.
Manufactured in a UV stabilised, phthalate free, and 100% recyclable compound, our products are as kind to the environment as possible whilst delivering excellent in use performance.
Our non-marking PVC material provides the perfect alternative to rubber docking fendering which is prone to marking the white hulls that it comes into contact with.
Base Width: 117mm
Material: PVC - UK manufacture
Please note: This product has been manufactured in 'seconds' material which uses recycled materials. Whilst not of an identical finish to our regular PVC 1543 the product's performance remains unaffected.

Product QuestionsI am looking for pontoon fendering for about 100 metres at a sailing club in Reading. The pontoon is made of wood - new and the piece we would attach to is about 1 1/2 " thick - by 10 " high.
Can you tell me how this product is attached? Does it have special brackets etc?
many thanks.Question by: Mr Jones on 2 Jul 2015 12:02:00There is no special bracket as pontoons vary so much.
We suggest that you use appropriate size galvanised screws and washers to fix both top and bottom edges to the wood.
If you are fixing to a curve or round corners, you may heat the profile with either hot water or a hot air gun to make the profile more pliable. However be careful as this can make the profile liable to stretch and will shrink back when cooling. If you do apply heat, fix as you go and allow a little extra and wait for it to cool down before you make the final cut.
For corners you will need to cut and mitre as required. There is no need to glue.Answer by: Wilks Team (Admin) on 6 Jul 2015 12:18:00
