Product QuestionsQuestion by: Mikeros@btinternet.com on 26 Oct 2016 15:02:00The track will not bend around 90 degrees, the profile would need to be mitred in order to fit such an angle.
Our BUMP! system has been developed to fit around an 80mm radius, such as found at the bow of a boat.
The track will bend around a tighter radius although the legs of the body may need to be mitred in order to retain the shape of the profile.
We have added an additional photo to demonstrate fitting around a radius and will look to add further imagery soon.

Thank you CWCottleQuestion by: Clive Cottle on 7 Aug 2018 08:28:00There is a choice of profiles that could work with this style of boat.
Bump 53 is a fast fitting system with hidden fixings. The back of the profile must fit against the hull to ensure a secure fit. Given the short length required, Bump 53 may not be the most cost effective due to the minimum coil size of the body at 10m.
ALI 604 or ALI 605 is a system comprising of an aluminium body with a flexible PVC insert (sold separately). The aluminium is supplied in 3.65m lengths while the insert is supplied in 5m coil or longer.
PVC 370 is a flexible PVC system which is despatched in a coil and will therefore be easier to transport (reduced costs).
PVC 49 or PVC 50 are both standard flexible PVC D profiles which also offer cost effective coiled shipping solution. Fitting requires drilling through the face of the profile and plugging… it is the forerunner of our new Bump profiles.
Please refer to our fitting guides for further details on fitting.
