Returns policy

No returns will be accepted without prior consent from Wilks.

Complaints regarding unacceptable quality must be made in writing within 28 days of invoice date.

If an incorrect product has been ordered, Wilks must be notified within 5 days of receipt. Once the goods have been returned, Wilks will refund the value of the product but not any carriage charges that were incurred.

Short or damaged deliveries must be notified within 5 days of receipt. Deliveries must be checked for damage prior to signing the Carrier's delivery note. No complaints shall be entertained if the Carrier's delivery note has been signed as "received in good condition".

Samples of window rubber, inserts & edging trim should be obtained prior to ordering. As these products are cut to order a no returns policy exists on these products unless quality is an issue.
Non-stock items cannot be returned unless faulty and with prior arrangement.

Payment Methods

Cheque - please print the final Checkout page (which details your order, shipping method, total cost and contact details) and post together with a cheque to our address above.

Alternatively simply post a cheque to Wilks at the address above quoting "ORDER REFERENCE ****" on the reverse.

Forgotten your Order Reference number? Has my order gone through? Just click on the Account History link on the main menu bar (top of page). There you'll see a list of your orders. Wilks cannot set a Shipping Date for cheque orders until they've cleared. Similarly, if you click on "Show Details" you'll see a message stating "Awaiting cheque processing".

Credit Card - your credit card details are processed by WorldPay and as such are binding under their rules and regulations.

We aim to despatch orders within 3 working days of receipt. For Next Day deliveries orders must be placed before Midday, any orders received after this time will be despatched the next working day. If items are out of stock our Sales Department will contact you and advise you of the expected delivery
